Celebrate the fall season at the Heritage Park Petting Farm events runs from 11am until closing at 4pm. Admission is $5 per person, children one year and younger are free.
Diggin’ Up Local History Lantern Tours @ Oak Forest Cemetery
It’s like regular bingo, played with music. A DJ plays 10-15 seconds of bingo songs. It can be anywhere from disco to current hits. The players recognize the song and mark it with a bingo chip. The DJ keeps playing songs until someone gets five chips in a row and calls out, “Bingo!”
$5 for Taylor residents; $8 for nonresidents. Pre-registration is required by October 11th.
The Downtown Allen Park Farmers Market delivers farm fresh produce every Friday, April through October.
Stroll through stalls of seasonal fruits and vegetables and talk with the farmers who picked the produce that very morning. Also each week the lot bursts with pierogi, honey, cheese, baked goods, plants and herbs, and much more.
