All the money raised from this event will go towards funding the Bed Build for the Sleep in Heavenly Peace project. Over 700 beds are needed for children in the downriver area, including 173 that are needed right here in Brownstown. Advantage One Credit Union wants to help tackle that number by hosting a bed build in June, where their goal is to build 50 beds in one day!

The Allen Park Farmer’s Market will be moving to a new location this year. It will be on the old
movie theater site at Philomene and Park Avenue, just a few blocks north of the current site.
Stroll through stalls of seasonal fruits and vegetables and talk with the farmers who picked the produce that very morning.
The DDA market brings the farm right to Allen Park and to your tables by providing a selection of fresh fruits and veggies and much much more.
The Local Artist Guild will showcase their works at the Ford-MacNichol Home.
