MW Fitness and Performance, located at the corner of Telegraph and Sibley Rd behind Bearclaw Coffee, is a high performance fitness facility offering a variety of options suitable for all ages. Our location has two gyms side by side, Mighty Warrior CrossFit and MW24 for all your fitness needs.

MW CrossFit offers CrossFit and weightlifting classes while MW24 is a 24/7/365 state of the art commercial gym that offers cardio equipment, free weights, private saunas, and air pressurized weight machines that provide less pain on joints and optimal range of motion. Workout on your own time at anytime at MW Fitness and Performance!
