This is a versatile role with responsibilities that may include:
Visiting job sites and conducting field visits
Assisting with estimation and project planning
Supporting office organization and administrative tasks
Communicating with clients and helping to sell jobs
Tackling other day-to-day needs typical of a small, growing business
Looking for someone:

Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small business environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Friendly, professional, and a strong communicator
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally as needed
