All positions include assisting with daily care, building socialization skills, community experience opportunities, and skill-building for individuals with a wide range of abilities and talents.

Paragon offers paid training and certifications with opportunities for professional growth and development within a collaborative and dynamic work setting. Our starting wage is $15.00 an hour.
