Landscaper/Lawn Laborers

My name is Jose Hinojosa, I’m 20 years old, a college student, and the owner of Hinojosa Landscaping LLC. We’re a growing local landscaping business looking for 1-2 hardworking and dedicated young individuals (ideally 16-18 years old, or college students with open schedules) to join our team for the summer!

If you know a young person who isn’t afraid of some hard work and wants to make good money, this could be a great opportunity. The job involves physical labor, including tasks like shoveling, moving mulch, helping set bricks, using a wheelbarrow, and a primary focus on weed whacking and using a blower. We’re looking for people who can commit to at least 10-hour days and are available at least Monday through Wednesday for the rest of the summer.

This is a fantastic chance to get in on the ground floor of a business with a lot of growth potential. As the business grows, so will the pay. We’re looking to start new team members between $14-$15 per hour, depending on their initial skill and experience. For those who demonstrate strong skills and a great work ethic, there’s potential to earn $20-$25 per hour. Please understand that if significant training is required, the starting rate will reflect that.

It’s important to emphasize that this is a labor-intensive job, it’s landscaping, and it requires a strong work ethic and a willingness to get your hands dirty. We work hard to make good money, and we’re looking for team members who share that mindset!
