We serve as legal guardians for individuals who are incapacitated and have no suitable family or friends to serve on their behalf. Position Summary
The In-House Patient Advocate serves as a key liaison between medical providers, case managers, and the individuals under our guardianship. This role focuses on ensuring that the health care needs of our clients are met with dignity, respect, and timeliness. The Patient Advocate will assist with care coordination, attend care plan meetings, review medical records, and advocate for appropriate treatments and services.
Salary: 1099/17.50 an hr
Part-time 9-3 Monday-Friday
