Description:
The Alliance for Infant Mental Health is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and relationship-centered Executive Director (ED) to lead an international network of 36 US state and 2 international associations for infant mental health (AIMHs), and other child-serving organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
The ED will be responsible for advancing the organization’s mission by building strategic partnerships, ensuring financial sustainability, and influencing the national and global infant and early childhood mental health (IECMH) landscape. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED will oversee strategy, operations, funding growth, and engagement with members and partners to ensure that the Alliance continues to serve as a hub for equity-driven workforce development and systems change.
