The parade begins at Northline near the Police/Court Building and travels south along Biddle Avenue, ending at Eureka Avenue. The event typically lasts about an hour and concludes with the arrival of Santa Claus!
Bundle up, bring your family and friends, and enjoy a morning filled with holiday cheer in the heart of downtown Wyandotte.
Food Truck & Vendor Festival from 9 am – 1 pm
The festival will feature a variety of food trucks and local vendors, offering plenty of great options before, during, and after the parade.

This year’s Island Glow will feature live music by River’s End Brass, & the Grosse Ile Marching Band.
With a meet & greet with Santa and a Christmas Lighting at Lyons Park.

Experience the City’s annual Winterfest Celebration.
Tentatively, the parade kicks off from the Taylor Recreation Center at 5 p.m. Lots of music, food, and refreshments for sale in the Sheridan Open Air Pavilion in Heritage Park once the procession arrives. Holiday characters abound. Once Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive, the official tree-lighting will take place. Fireworks cap off the evening.
