 ½ cup Daisy cottage cheese
 0.51 drop SweetLeaf hazelnut stevia (or vanilla creme/chocolate/english toffee)
 1 tsp instant coffee

Combine cottage cheese, stevia, and 3/4 t instant coffee in mini chopper or food processor (or more, if desired)


Process until fluffy


Transfer to bowl


Sprinkle remaining instant coffee on top

*Will need to use additional cottage cheese with meal to raise calories if using as protein in P2
