Traffic Jam Boutique offers a Prom and Homecoming Policy that ensures each customer can find a special dress. When you purchase your gown, we will not sell the same gown in the same color to any other person attending your event! Other store services available are: convenient Free Law Away Plan, On Site Steaming of your formal gown, formal wear Special Ordering, referrals to a qualified seamstress and referrals to a local tuxedo shop that can match all of our dresses. The Wayne County Community College District’s Heinz C. Prechter Educational and Performing Arts Center (EPAC) offers a vibrant and diverse performance program to the college community every season, as well as serving as the intellectual and cultural heart of the Downriver community.

EPAC is known for its commitment to bringing engaging professional performances of the highest caliber to its exceptional venue. It features a range of programs and facilities that support the work of the Wayne County Community College District’s (WCCCD) faculty, students, visiting artists, scholars, arts organizations and community partners.

EPAC enriches and builds community through a diverse, world-class presenting season, bringing to the Downriver community and to the District performers from around Michigan, the United States and the world. Offerings include marquee headliners, touring theatre pieces, children’s programming and a variety of acts.

Also located in EPAC is the Brown and Juanita C. Ford Art Gallery. The gallery features the work of nationally and internationally renowned artists.

Additionally, the venue hosts the District’s student achievement ceremonies, community enrichment activities, unique live entertainment, art exhibits and also popular continuing education programs.

The 78,000 square-foot Heinz C. Prechter Educational and Performing Arts Center features an 812 seat theatre, state of the art technical amenities, studio/rehearsal space, a gallery for the visual arts, up to 14 classroom/seminar rooms, all on the beautiful, wooded, 97-acre Downriver Campus.

One Nine Event Center features an amazing golf course view, seating for 100-350 guests and two grand ballrooms. It’s adjacent to a lovely wedding chapel.

The name Major Biddle’s comes from John Biddle who founded Wyandotte. He served as a Major in the war of 1812, which is why we offer 10% off for Veterans. We serve a versatile menu for both food and drinks, so that way there is something for everyone. Come on in and give it a try!

Great Lakes Bully Brigade is a 501C-3 non-profit animal rescue organization, based in Southgate, Michigan (E.I.N: 82-1610321). To rescue neglected, unwanted and stray dogs without breed prejudices and to place them in homes where they will be loved and cared for as a member of the family. To educate the need to spay or neuter all pets to reduce unwanted and homeless animals.

All adoptable dogs/puppies will be posted on Facebook.
