Since 1950, the Allen Park Chamber of Commerce celebrates dedication to local businesses. We are an organization of Businessmen and Women dedicated to the improvement and growth of Allen Park, Downriver, and Southeast Michigan. WELCOME TO FLAT ROCK

Flat Rock is a small, but energetic city, nestled along side the Huron River in Southeastern Michigan. Conveniently located at the intersections of I-275, I-75, and Telegraph Rd., it is the crossroads of commerce and business in the Downriver area of Michigan.

Our city is full of history that includes begins with the Wyandot people and includes Vreelands’, Sibleys’, and even was a gem in the eyes of Henry Ford himself. Many of our families can trace their roots all the way back to the early 1800s and the beginnings of Flat Rock.

Don’t let small fool you though we have some of the best amenities and business base of any Downriver community: a state of the art community center, home of the Southern Great Lakes Symphony, Saturday night racing at the Flat Rock Speedway, and the proud home of the American icon–Ford Mustang!

HOSA Outreach is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization working to minister to less fortunate individuals in southeastern Michigan.

OUR MISSION: To strengthen our community by meeting basic needs & equipping individuals and families with ongoing support and resources. We engage in respectful dialogue, encouraging conversations & bold action. Our mission is to serve the community become its best regardless of religion, background or developmental abilities.

All donations go to helping the homeless by providing food, clothes, and hygiene items.

The Parks and Recreation Department offers a wide range of recreational programs, athletic programs, and special events for all ages and interests throughout the year.

Reserve Your Spot Today!
Park Shelter Permits for are available Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm There is a $60 nonrefundable fee to reserve a park shelter. You must apply in person and you do not have to be a Lincoln Park resident. Driver’s License required. Sorry, no phone or mail requests will be accepted.

Park Permits
Help us avoid overcrowding. Plan your picnic by requesting a Park Permit at the Bandshell. Permits also entitle your group to use the restrooms.

Room Rentals
Rooms are available for your party, meetings, showers, hobby shows, fund raising events, etc. For rental information, contact the Parks & Recreation Office at 313- 386-1817.
